Above is a glimpse of our candy factory process
To the left are Bruce and Regan with lollipops underway, then we have Phil breaking up the pink and white marshmallow, with a background shot of Josh and John helping with the lollipops - the process from an empty table in the first shot to the full table is only about 5 minutes - you have to work fast with sugar, hence all hands on deck.
To the right we have Josh and Vanessa packing products at the opposite end of the factory to the production.
All our candies are made at our Lindale site...

Boiled candy process
This is a batch of Raspberry Drops. We cook in copper pans.
Once at the correct temperature, the mixture is poured onto the cooling table
and a drop roller is used to form the hot candy into the ball shape
